Payment

Payment is online via Paypal.  You can either use your Paypal account or check out as a guest.  All major credit and debit cards are accepted. 

Dispatch

We want you to have your candles as quickly as possible so we aim to dispatch your order on the same day you place it.  Sometimes, we need to pour candles to order and it might take us up to 5 working days to dispatch. 

Postage and Delivery

We calculate the cost of postage by weight and the size of your parcel.  Your items are sent first class post with Royal Mail. Please ensure there is somebody at your address who can sign for your order.

Returns

We package your order very securely but just in case there has been a breakage in transit, please email sophia@hestiasflame.com and we will arrange a replacement.  Damaged or faulty goods must be returned to us suitably packaged.

If you are not entirely happy with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unopened and with the original packaging. Return of an item is at your own cost unless the item is faulty. A redelivery charge (at our standard rates) will apply to all items returned for exchange.
